He's a fantastic communicator who always took the time to answer our questions. And, believe me I had a lot of questions! The crew was very friendly, did an excellent job and left everything spotless. I also noticed how supportive he was of his workers to try to make their job a little easier. That says a lot! They used top-quality products, took extra care to protect our plants and property during the work, and when they were finished, the cleanup was excellent. Communication and follow-up throughout the entire process were first-class. Where Brent really separated himself though was dealing with our TWIA claim. We had already been rejected and/or only partially approved twice before Brent got involved. He took the time to document the damage thoroughly and worked directly with the adjuster—not just once, but on two separate occasions—to walk through and discuss all the storm damage. That attention to detail and persistence ultimately resulted in our claim being approved. And you can’t get much more local than Brentwood Roofing. Brent comes from a multi-generational Friendswood family, so when you do business with him, you really are doing business with local folks who have roots in the community and a reputation to protect. Great workmanship, quality materials, excellent communication, and someone willing to go to bat for his customer. That’s a pretty hard combination to beat.
