"After seeing a lot of my neighbors getting their roofs inspected and repaired from the hail storm (Apr 30th - May 1st) in the Pearland area, I decided to have my roof looked at. While driving home through my neighborhood, I spotted no less than 5 different yard signs within walking distance from my house. I looked them up on Google review, and while three of them had 5 star reviews, only Brentwood Roofing had the highest amount. And as it turned out, the neighbor directly behind me used Brentwood Roofing, and their roof looked great. I gave them a call, and Mike came out that afternoon to take a look. While he was there, the owner, Brent, stopped by and looked over my roof as well. Brent explained that I had a lot of "hits" from the hail, and that it was pretty much assured that I would need a new roof. He showed me what was available in the way of shingles, and what underlayment is in use now in place of tar paper. He also explained in detail what the process was for getting the repairs made, and we were able to contact my insurance company, arrange an adjuster to come out, and get things in motion. Fast forward to this past Saturday, and Brent & Mike brought a large crew to removed the old shingles, replace several damaged pieces of plywood, install the new shingles, and soon I had a new roof before sunset. He also installed some solar-powered attic fans on both attics. Cleanup was extremely efficient, and not a trace of any work was left behind. You cannot go wrong with hiring Brentwood Roofing!!! Update - As part of their June promotion, they offered a driveway power washing. Jack was assigned the task of cleaning my very wide driveway, and he tackled it with ease. It had been quite awhile since last cleaned it, and it looks much better now. He even cleaned the sidewalks and curbs in front of my house, along with the walkway to the front door, and the porch. He was extremely polite, and I'm overall very pleased with Brentwood Roofing and the people that they have working for them!!!"
